Made from the Middle Ages thanks to the milk produced by the cows of the mountains in the Height Forez, the French blue-veined cheese of Montbrison is known for its original flavour and the unique color of its crust.

Since 2002, it benefits of the Controlled Origin which allows him to immortalize the know how make bound to its manufacturing.


For a long time, in front of rising sun, roots anchored in a basalt ground, the vineyard pushes on the first slopes of the Forez Mounts. Nowadays, fascinated wine growers produce wines in the subtle and landed flavours. Thanks to their work, the vineyard of  Forez was able to benefit in the year 2000, of the Controlled Origin Label.

Our two key produce are celebrated each year on the first weekend in October in Montbrison, the historical capital of the Forez.
