With its restaurants, there are plenty of opportunities for you to discover our cuisine.
Many of the local auberges will give you a taste of the Loire Forez tradition and culinary specialities like the “patia forézien”, patotoes cooked on a wood fire, but you’ll also have the chance to sample some gourmet menus prepared by our top chefs.
